The two chainsare spirally coiled about each other to form double helix.
The bases face interior of the double helixwhereas sugar and phosphate components form a backbone on the outside. Bases are:Adenosine, Guanine, Cytosine and Thyinine. They are represented as A,G,C and T and A is linked with T whearas C with G by Hydrogen bond.
